At Barry-Wehmiller we believe passionately that everybody matters.

Our culture is the most important part of our company, allowing us to balance people and performance in harmony.

 

As part of our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDIB) at Barry Wehmiller, we are reviewing our workplace practices to ensure EDIB is a reality for everyone that works here.

 

We have partnered with Unleashed who have expertise in working with organisations to conduct independent reviews of EDIB approaches and make recommendations.

As part of their review, Unleashed will be meeting with people across the business to get their view on areas of strength and opportunities for us to improve as an organisation.

You are invited to attend a one-hour, online listening session with one of the Unleashed team between 10th – 27th April.

 

Attendance to these sessions is voluntary and any individuals contributing will have their responses to questions anonymised.

 

We are really excited for the potential of this project and would ask for your participation, honesty and engagement to ensure we have a clear baseline to make improvements.
